You need to email you story to us and make sure you state the facts.  Names of people involved, date, time of day, and names of witnesses.  The more factual details we have the better the results.  

We will contact you shortly after receiving your email.  We begin a research process to see if the story is worth pursuit.  We have to be sure that your story is true.  If you have two or more witnesses who will back up your story then we assume it to be true.

We want to bring back courtesy and respect in the customers buying experience.
