What About Us?

We got tired of customer abuse.  You all know what we are talking about.  At some time or another you have experienced it.  And when they go to the extreme we return the favor

Our organization has learned that the power of the pen is amplified by the internet.  We research every complaint we feel is extreme.  If the story fits our criteria for “totally out of line” treatment we load the canon.

  The story is posted on hundreds of blogs.  These blogs are linked to many web sites.  These web sites are linked to many more websites which may be interlinked to some of the posted blogs.  See how much exposure is possible?  It is like a virus filled chain letter only legal.

The behavior of the offending company or entity is exposed.  We inform them of our intention and allow them to dispute the complaint.  If there is no response or they can not form a valid and believable response then we consider the complaint valid.  At this point we unleash  the dragon.  Within a few short weeks millions of people will have read the story of consumer abuse related to the offender.

Do you think this could be effective placing the right pressure to change this behavior?
